Scope
This policy covers the Wagepico iOS app and its companion Home Screen widgets. Wagepico estimates theoretical pay from the salary and schedule you enter. It does not connect to banks, employers, or payroll systems, and does not offer account registration.
Data processed on your device
Pay type, amount, currency, schedule time zone, workdays, shift and break times, date exceptions, configuration history, and item names, prices, icons, units and selections support pay estimates, statistics, receipts and purchasing-power features. Language, amount-privacy preferences and receipt presentation markers are also stored locally. Calculated totals are estimates, not proof of attendance or payment.
No automatic developer collection or tracking
The current version has no developer-operated data-upload server and does not automatically send salary, schedules, goals, usage behavior or device identifiers to the developer. It contains no advertising, third-party behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs, does not sell data, and does not build advertising profiles. Under Apple’s definition of collection, data processed only on the device by these features is not collected by the developer.
Local storage and system backups
Configuration and preferences are stored locally. Wagepico does not operate its own cloud-sync service. Whether iOS, iCloud or computer backups include app data depends on your system settings and Apple’s rules. Restoring a system backup may restore previous app data. These system services are not developer-controlled cloud storage accessible to the developer.
Widget sharing
The app saves salary and schedule configuration, amount-privacy settings and language selection in its App Group for the companion widgets. This shared area is for this app and its extension, not an interface open to unrelated developers, and the app does not upload it to a developer server. Widgets may display pay conversions on a screen visible to others; hide amounts when appropriate. Removing a widget does not delete the shared configuration.
Images you choose to share
Only when you choose to share does the app generate a receipt or summary image locally and pass it to your selected iOS share destination. Share options control inclusion of specific amounts; amount privacy also hides amounts and purchasing-power conversions in shares. Review the preview before sharing. How a recipient or selected third-party service stores and handles the image depends on that service. Deleting the app does not recall shared images.
Permissions and Apple services
The current version does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone or cross-app tracking permissions. Sharing, widgets, font rendering and device backups use the relevant system features. App Store, crash or diagnostic information that Apple processes under your system settings is subject to Apple’s policies. This app does not contain a separate diagnostic-upload SDK.
Retention and data management
The app retains local pay configuration versions, goals and preferences to provide its features. Editable information can be reviewed or changed on the corresponding screens; pay versions for past shifts are retained under the historical pay rules. This version has no accounts, server-side copy or one-tap erase-all button. The developer cannot remotely view, edit or delete your local data. Use iOS app-storage controls to manage local data; Offload App retains documents and data. App Group storage is managed by the system: deleting or reinstalling the app is not a guarantee that all shared data is erased. Manage system backups and exported images separately.
Security and amount privacy
The app uses iOS local storage and sandboxing, with system file protection for its shared widget file. Protect your device credentials and hide amounts when appropriate. Amount privacy controls display and sharing; it does not delete configuration or add a separate password or end-to-end encryption for salary data.
Contact and policy updates
For privacy or app support, contact guyu@333401.xyz. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information such as salary details in emails or screenshots. The email address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide are used only to handle the inquiry and necessary follow-up, and retained for as long as needed for that purpose, unless law requires otherwise. You may use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of information voluntarily provided for support; the developer cannot access or delete salary data on your device. Support does not automatically collect salary or usage behavior. We will update this policy if data practices change. New permissions or tracking features, if introduced, will follow applicable system authorization requirements.

Website hosting
This public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It contains no analytics, advertising, forms or application cookies. Cloudflare may process connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website. This does not upload salary or schedule data from the app.
